Hello!
I've encountered a small problem that i myself cant solve, so i thought maybe some off you have stumbled over the same problem but managed to solve it, so to it then.
I'm working for free helping a guy setting up some servers with FTB modpacks installed, he is a very close friend to me and he trust my judgment an capabilities but i think i might have taken too much water above my head this time, whenever i try to set up a server at his server host i stumble over the problem that EVERY single one off the servers starts up as a Vanilla server and it doesn't matter what or how i do it, im trying at the moment set up a small Departed server for us and it wont load any mods into the server and it has this icon saying its Vanilla when you try to log onto it, he / we are using Clanforge as our host for the moment we are going to migrate to our own dedicated server when all of us have collected the money for one.
so does anyone have the same experience when trying to host a server?
many thanks for any serious answers.
