Help with Starting a server with CreeperHost

Hey everyone i want to make a server for 10 or less people and with FTB Mindcrack modpack. So what will you guys recommend for me I want a lag-Free Server.. i want to get Creeper host Spider pack but idk if its the right choice.[DOUBLEPOST=1365904080][/DOUBLEPOST]Please Help me
