Go to the settings and check "Track FTB instances". Make sure to point it to the right folder.
 
Do the FTB backs you've already installed not show up on MultiMC's main menu?

Do note that you still have to download them through the FTB launcher. Once you've done that, though, they should automatically show up right there in MMC.
