Details of the issue:

i was trying to add ee3 and iguana tweeks to my mod pack but it crashes on launch, i updated pneumatic craft to the latest already also
if it help, the loading bar gets to 2/7 and crashes at initiating mods​

Equivalent Exchange 3 pre1g build 12 is for MC 1.5.x if I'm not mistaken.
So, there's may be your problem.

Download an updated version here : http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/ee3#t1:other-downloads
and remove ee3-universal-pre1g-12.jar from your mod folder.
