Help with logging in!

Im not sure if this is the right place for this but, earlier I went to log into FtB and i selected my profile, a message popped up that almost gave me a heart attack.

INVALID USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

I play FtB every day and this is never happened before, I have un-installed FtB and re-installed it.

As you can see, I am running on a MacBookPro.

There are a few things that might be happening. Some times the password seems to duplicate itself in the password field, this requires you to edit your profile and re-enter your password. The log in servers might be down at the moment. Not sure about the servers as they might be intermittent as I was able to log in just a few moments ago.
