Method 1) Get some itemducts from Thermal expansion. Get a pneumatic servo and right click it on the itemduct that's connected to the chest. Right click that itemduct with an empty hand to configure it if you want. Right click it with a crescent hammer to make it automatically pull out of the chest. Connect itemducts to recycler.

Method 2) Get some cobblestone transport pipes from Buildcraft and one wooden transport pipe (also from Buildcraft). the wooden transport pipe goes next to the chest then craft either an aurtarchic gate or redstone engine and connect it to the wooden pipe (needs a redstone signal to work). Connect cobblestone transport pipes to recycler.

There are a few other methods but those are the easiest.

Thermal Expansion is in FTB Lite so you do have access to itemducts. I personally recommend them since they are more server friendly to my knowledge and are intuitive. Just to clarify iplayinv3rtd's post:
1. Make itemducts. (There is the opaque (easier to get) and clear (looks nicer) version).
2. Connect your recycler with your chest full of cobblestone.
3. Make a pneumatic servo and install it into the itemduct that is going to pull out of the chest.
4. Right click the itemduct face connecting to your chest. On one of the tooltips to the right there's a tab controlling redstone behavior.
5. Switch the redstone behavior to disabled or low.
6. Make a crescent hammer and right click the itemduct face connecting to your chest.
If you did everything correctly, the itemduct face will be glowing bright red and the arrow on the itemduct face will be pointing out from the chest. That means it's pulling things out. An alternative to the pneumatic servo and dealing with redstone behavior is to make a lever and place it next to the itemduct connecting to the chest and switch the lever on.
