Help with FTB Insanity Map

Did you remember to also download the map along with the pack? Without the map you spawn on bedrock if I remember correctly. Insanity should spawn you up in a floating platform. You then go down stairs and through a door stand in the lowered part of the room and press the button. After 5 seconds you fall to just above a chest which contains a Philosopher Stone and a few other items.
If you are wondering what to do with the Philosopher Stone and how to get to the pyramid I can provide part of that info, but I do not want to spoil a lot if you want to explore it yourself.
