Help with enabling ExtraBiomesxl for Ultimate Pack

I have already started a world in FTB ultimate and when I looked on the wiki it said that most of the biomes in extrabiomesxl have been disabled. How do I enable them and would it work in my current world so if I load new chunks the biomes will appear.

Your file path should look like this to get to the file: C:\Users\you\Desktop\FTB\Ultimate\minecraft\config\extrabiomes
You click on the file (open with notepad) and type in 'Enable' or 'True' next to the items you want to be active (You must overwrite the 'Disabled' or 'false' that is currently there)
