Help With AutoCraft Applied Enegistics

Hi,
I can't get my ME Autocraft to work.
My redstone furnace works perfectly, but this won't work.

Do you have an import bus connected to the redstone furnace?

I may be mistaken. But it looks like the patterns are in the wrong location. Patterns that do standard 3x3 crafting are stored in the interfaces attached to the molecular assembler. Machine crafting recipes like smelting ores need to in the interface that is attached to the machine. Also with TE machines you will need an import bus to pull the processed items out.
