For multifarms set up as managed arboretums, how do I keep them from harvesting trees as soon as they grow? I was trying to use them for walnut trees, but the arboretum destroys them as soon as they grow from the saplings instead of waiting for the walnuts to become ripe.

I made a mining machine and a flying machine out of frames and frame motors and they both have the same problem: the motor will propel the frames three times, then stop while waiting for a charge. Even if they're connected to a full battery box, it still takes quite a bit of time for them to receive a sufficient charge to start up again. For the mining machine it's not really a big deal, but for a flying machine it's really annoying. What did I do wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

if you want to manage walnut trees with a multifarm, you have to use the manual orchard farm. using the soldering iron, put in the right tube for a manual orchard and then add the modified circuit board into the farm block. the orchard only harvests the fruit from the leaves without cutting down any wood. you just have to manually place the saplings at first, in the normal multifarm farm setup.

as for the frames, it is possible that you need more charge in your battery box (doubt it) or that your wires are not fully powered up. i can't answer this question in depth as i am not experienced with frames, sorry :(

Ah, so I'm just using the completely wrong setup for the multifarm. Thanks!

The problem with the frames as far as I can tell is that how they're currently set up, when the second motor moves the first motor (which moved the frames) back to its starting position so it can move the frames again, there is a delay when the motor runs out of its initial charge and waits to be charged from the battery box. I'm just trying to figure out what the workaround is.

Thanks again for your help!
