Help with an industrial grinder compact setup

So this is my set up, i have the grinder hooked up to an infinite water source with a pump i have engines pushing my items through and its well powered. i have a problem though, when it is pumping and the grinder becomes full it overflows and goes onto to the floor, how can i remedy this? Please offer compact solutions.

I would advise using applied Energistics it would be much more compact than anything else

im on the ftb ultimate, so it might not have that and what is applied energistics?

OP: Put the input chest farther away, and have an overflow system.

Yes, it's a huge lag machine, but it works very well. If you don't care about your resources very much (I don't care about losing scrapboxes as I have infinite cobble and power), you can hook up an incinerator.[DOUBLEPOST=1373851408][/DOUBLEPOST]
