HELP WANTED Yogcraft Server - Installing Plugins

Hi to all

Im in desperate need of help
I am trying to install plugins on a FTB Yogcraft Server and i cant get it to work at all

Im using FragnetGames to host the server if that makes a difference.
If someone could shed some light on this Problem for me i would be sooooooo appreciative!

You need to use something by the ways of BukkitForge or MCPC to use plugins.
Feed the Beast only offers vanilla styled serves.
