Help transferring world from modpack

Hi everybody! I had a Yogcraft world that I am fond of, but I would like to Change it to FTB unleashed. When i dragged and dropped the save file, I got this message:

Can somebody help me? By the way I am not very tech savvy so I would need the steps explained simply :rolleyes:

A lot of changes take place between minecraft versions and while it is possible to take a save from one to another it is not an easy task. I would suggest keeping the world with the yogcraft pack and make a new one with unleashed.
