Where can I find the textures of copper and tin

Depends on which copper and tin. More than one mod adds them. Which one are you looking for? And from what pack?

Ultimate is 1.4.7. Make sure you are downloading the 1.4.7 version of the texture packs. The locations I gave previously are correct.
