Help steamlining automation setup?

I'm working on a design for automating fuel production for a fusion reactor. The bottleneck (pic related) is the iron pipes coming from the Liquid Transposers. I tried a router but it wouldn't pick up the items. I'd like to use redpower's tubes but they don't seem to want to pull from the Transposers. The only alternative I would have is to put a chest and filter above each one, which would be inefficient and would take up too much space. Does anyone have a suggestion for something different?
