Problem Help starting DW1.10 server

I have not had any issues in the past starting up servers and I am still able to load up my old servers. I can't figure out why server.bat will not work for the new Direwold20 1.10 server. I am using the latest version of Java (64 bit) and Windows 10 (64 bit). I even tried to install forge but that still has not worked

I have multiple times, it appears to be working. I can see it count to 100 then it closes.

Get someone to download the Libs for you and send you them. since either your firewall in your antivirus is blocking the download of them or your router.. sounds weird but i fixed his server by simple sending my libs over

P.S. Hm-m... Full reinstall server solved problem

some libraries did't download properly, next time just delete the libraries folder and run FTBInstall again
