Help Setting Up FTB Hosted Server

I already have a CraftBukkit Server & am looking to start up a FTB as well by the same host.
I have CraftBukkit down. But I am a little stumped on how to get started with the FTB server.
I know that the mods come client side but is there ways to set up permissions & have a blacklist as well?
Is there any other "plugins" that you can get for a FTB server? And if so where would I go to download these files?
