Help? Server file to host server?

My girlfriend and I just downloaded the FTB Modpack Vanilla+ and I want to host a server but I am unaware of where to look to find a server file to run a server.

Could anyone give me a hand?
I'm not sure if I'm posting in the wrong thread or not either.

If you are using FTBLauncher there is a download server button next to the version select dropdown. After downlaoding it, unzip and run FTBInstall.bat. After it's done run Serverstart.bat, the server should crash shortly. Change the eula to true and restart the server.
