Windows .exe Help random FTB crash... Java?

Hello i was recently playing FTB perfectly fine when i started crashing. This crash only takes place while playing multiplayer on an ultimate pack server. i am recieving the following error message any help is apperciated :
(copy of all red and yellow info on launcher)

The files are not downloading. Follow this guide exactly to install FTB the recommended way. After that if you are still experiencing problems then post a new console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link it here. Pastebin.com makes it so much easier to read. Here is guide to help with that.

You are using an old version of Java. I suggest following this guide exactly to update Java and reinstall FTB.

By the way that is not a console log and it is also not pastebin.com Some helpful users will not download the file even if it is a text file. Next time I suggest putting it on pastebin.com so everyone who wants to help will open it.

Please post all future logs to pastebin.com and link them. It is a huge security risk for us to open attachments that are posted on the forums.
