Help! random crashes after weeks of flawless play in ftb monster world.

playing ftb monster, been playing in this worls now for weeks with no problems at all.
just today i started randomly crashing, happened in severel different locations in the world and whilst doing different things, so doesn't seem to be related to any specific action or interaction.
i have added mekanism to the pack, there were no conflicts or issues doing so.
i have removed geostrata and meteorcraft.
the changeds were made to the pack befpre the world was created.

I've seen this issue before, but have never seen a solution.

You were playing game and and being so good at it the game just quit cause it couldn't keep up with your greatness. Sorry had too. I've had same problem never did find a fix just restarted client and kept going.

Ok, had that problem before,first make a backup then just MCedit the crap out of your base chunk by chunk, until there is no more crashes.. Then go to your backup and destroy everything in that chunk, machinery, whatever you have.. Go again to MCedit, delete that chunk, get in the world again for it to regenerate and put your stuff again accordingly.
