i Download FTB i put it in a UnZiped folder by its self and i load it up install it then it wont Download the Mod Pack Direwolf20 pack and it wont move at all on the Download pack

I see you have your launcher in your roaming folder. Can you delete the launcher, redownload it (use save as... instead of run) and save it either on your desktop or on you C / D drive?

ive tryed the folder will always pop up inmy roaming

Install Folder... C:\User\Owner\Desktop\FTB

but there is a ftblauncher in my Appdata

Download launcher to Your desktop, open it, go to options and change path where it store's pack to your preferred folder (desktop or C / D ?) Then try to download a pack.
