Help please

Um... I don't know what forum to put this on so I'll just put it on this one.

I'm trying to get on a DW20 server that's 1.0.12 I think and I have 1.0.11 so how do I update a modpack?

Select the DW20 pack from the FTB Launcher. Click the version dropdown (by default set to "Recommended"), and select 1.0.12. Click "Launch". Win the game.
