Windows .exe help please still gettign mod pack error

so this is what i get when i try to dl the monster mod pack

Add a filter to your firewalls. That is the best thing I can advise, also go into advanced settings and change your download location to Miami (the newest and fastest repo)

Disable your antivirus then try to install the modpack.
REMEMBER TO REENABLE IT AFTERWARDS.

well i have avast and it has never given me any problems befor and i dont know how to disable it

it starts to dl it but gets to 39900 or so and stops then popes the error message

tryed every thing there and still having problems getting the pack to down load but it only seems like its the monster pack
