Help please, question about what mod is showing names of things i look at?

Hi,

Sorry i have tried to google this and search the forums, maybe im using the wrong teminology or something im not sure but nothing is coming up.

In the beta 1.5.2 pack i can see the name of the thing i look at, like machines, ores etc before i mine them, im new to the game and this is useful. However this doesnt seem to be in the 1.4.7 pack (1.1.2) and im wondering if someone knows the name of the mod so i can add it manually.
