Windows .exe Help on Horizon

I recently updated FTB:horizon and now whenever I try to get on the server it tells me "Forge Mod Loader could not connect to the server mods and versions listed below could not be found. They are required to play on this server" then it list a bunch of mods I went to the home loadout page to "edit mod packs" but all the mods it said i was missing where enabled...I dont know what else to do

try a force update. sometimes when a pack updates, some of the old mods get left behind and don't get overwritten by the new ones. also make sure the server your connecting to isnt using updated mods not yet in the modpack

I just forced updated it to no success and I have tried to use every version of the Mod pack none of them work
it was working great the other say till the update and then it gave me problems

I got it to work i had a friend send me a copy of his stuff in a dropbox
