Help, nullpointer keeps fireing

Details of the issue:
Started all of a sudden. 3 players on inclusive me.
Keeps spamming in the server , over and over and over. Can't figure out what's doing it.​

It just stopped for some reason. I have no idea why, it fired like a 100 times (if not more). I would still like to know the reason, if someone can tell me, otherwise it's not like i'm in a hurry anymore. Got a bit scared.. Didn't want to loose the world.

-Started doing it again. WTF is this?

Found out,
It's a block called "unnamed block, report to mod author" that's autocrafting beef wellington.
