Help! My world isn't listed anymore?

Losing a few hours sucks, but it isn't that big a deal if you salvage your world
servertools is an alternative for that. It also allows you to start manual backups with /backup (don't know if aroma does that as well). Note though that you need to activate backups in its config file and backups are somewhat taxing to the system (which will very probably also hold true for aroma).Having done manual world saves every hour or more since I began playing FTB ages ago... I will likely want to bow down and kiss your feet if this does what you say it does.
