when i go on the launcher under the mods is says please wait while mods are being loaded but the never load then in the console is says that it has failed. please help me as soon as possible

What exactly do you mean that the pastebin does not work? Try clicking on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' If that does not work you can try copying it by selecting all of it with your mouse and do a copy/paste Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V into pastebin.com It might not look good, hopefully it will, but it will at least be available for us to look at.

i found the problem i think. when i load it up it can not find a folder modpack.xml which is in side the Modpacks folder but when i add that folder it says access denied
Okay sorry. When I saw this 'C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\ftblauncher\ModPacks\modpacks.xml' I thought that you had it installed in the AppData folder. Try pasting the log file to pastebin.com again. If you have to, create a text file, paste into it and attach the file here in your post.

well what we do is you copy your FTB folder and send it to me but take out your saves and texture packs and last login

i have tryed all of that and non of it works there is something wrong with the modpacks.xml folder because is all ways does not get created or it is denied
