Help! My friend cannot connect to my server.

Modpack version 1.1.7

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue Hes trying to connect to my server and is getting error.

java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 72

We're both using 1.1.7 unleashed, he should be able to connect without eny problems, why is this happening?
