HELP ME

hey guys, its Rhino here i have been having trouble with my FTB mod packs, especially the Unleashed mod pack. whenever i try to launch the mod pack, it will work for 5 seconds until it quits and everything shuts down and closes without any warning. hopefully any of you will have a solution to my problem because i really want to make youtube videos on Unleashed FTB but i cant do that when FTB is not working. please reply if you have an answer to my problem! Thanks!

Do you have a pastebin log of the crash? None of the tech support staff can help unless you provide a pastebin.

I am sorry but i do not because everything shuts dow so quickly i cant even read any of it

Go into the launcher's Option tab and ensure that there are check in the boxes next to 'Show Console?' and 'Reopen launcher after exiting minecraft?' This will allow the launcher to reopen and still have the error in the log. Unless the launcher itself crashes, less likely. Now close and reopen the launcher and try to open a modpack. When the game closes the launcher should reopen. If it does press the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button. This will add a link at the bottom of the console. Post that link here so that we can see your log. If the button does not work please copy the console log over to pastebin.com manually and provide the link here.

If the launcher does not reopen with those boxes checked then you will need to check the pack folder for a 'crash' or 'forge' log. They will more than likely be under this type of folder \FTB\Unleashed\minecraft\crash-reports' Copy that text over to pastebin.com and post the link pastebin gives you. If you do not have a 'crash' or 'forge' log then I can offer suggestions, but I'd be shooting in the dark without it.

Never saw the error listed in that way, but you should know that on a Mac for pre 1.6.4 packs, such as Unleashed, you must update the lwjgl inside the mod pack folder to 2.9.0+ Look here for instructions. Substitute the '/Library/Application Support/minecraft' folder for '/Users/hphyatt/Downloads/Unleashed/Library/Application Support/minecraft' You might also want to update your Java x64 version while you are at it.
