Help me with NEI

So, I have been playing this modpack (Not Ftb but i thought you could help) and my NEI won't let me search things up. All the subsets are blacked out. Help!

Any more info? Not sure what your problem is.

Not Really. Sometimes it shows the Mariculture fish, and it always shows the Alchemic Segmenter and the other Alchemic one

Double click on search bar? Maybe that's your problem.
