Help me to setup a server!

Hi, I am new and I love FTB but have some questions and issues:

1. How to install a mod that have a server side Rar and a client side Rar?
2. What happens if the mod uses the same rar for client and server?
3. If a mod appears to have the same ids as others mods, does FTB change them?

That would help me a lot! Thank you

just download client and server from FTB. Dont it works
Thats the point of FTB.

About ID's, Server ID's overrule Client. also the versions of mods need to be the same in cleint and server.

I know that but do I have to change the ids manually? If so, the add mods option is useless...
