Bug Help me! This is annoying

Guys i need help, what my problem is annoying, when im in game playing modded minecraft sometimes the mobs dont move any more, i cant pickup items, i cant press buttons, i cant open chests and more please help me.

Version: 1.7.10

Sounds like a massive lag spike. Try taking a screenshot of the F3 screen.

well, without a log there is not much we have to go on.

It sounds like a lag spikes but there are many things that can cause that, so saying it is one doesn't exactly help.

Its likely caused by all of the different mob and dimension mods you have installed. Entities can cause server tick issues. Same with dimensions.

On another note: How the hell did you get Reis for 1.7.10? o_O
