I logged in with my minecraft id to play some of the agrarian skies modpack and when i hit launch it said "incorrect username or password" or something of the sort.
Help me please.

Try use the email that you linked to your Minecraft account as your username
Maybe you try the link he gave you?How do i get to the support section ( I'm stupid I know)
That's because you did supply an incorrect username or password, the launcher doesn't lie.
