Help me out with choosing optifine.

Hi!

I know how to install Optifine or other mods as a matter of fact to the current modpacks, but I was wondering which of all those Optifine version would be suited best for the following mod packs:

1. FTB Ultimate
2. FTB Monster
3. FTB Unleashed
4. Direwolf20's pack

Go here. The unleashed pack is 1.5.2 so you will need a different one for that.

Unless you are getting like 5fps optifine is not recommended.
