Help locating a CPU eating mod in modpack.

Ok I won't lie. I am having some trouble with a modpack I am working on when me and my friends attempt to setup a server for it the pc we are setting it up on just CHUGS in the CPU department. I don't think its a PC issue cause his pc is top of the line overclocked and everything. I don't even know what it is he all has but its a monster with twin Titans.

But the problem comes when we try and run a server it just chugs the CPU and eats up 80%-100% of the CPU. Can anyone help me find the problem?
