Help: Install Bukkit Forge 1.6.4 on FTB Direwolf20

Hey guys

having trouble finding out where I need to place the 1.6.4 Bukkit forge on direwolf20.

It comes with forge164.jar and minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar plus a libraries folder.
Now in the past I'd just throw it into the coremods folder and things would work but with direwolf I dont see a coremod's folder and no tutorial on how to install. So any assistance is greatly appreciated.

starting with MC 1.6+ there is no more coremods folder.. all in mods folder
