[Help] Incorperating RF (redstone flux)

Hello, I am currently working on a mod that I would like to utilize RF or redstone flux in 1.9 . But quite frankly I don't know where to find the libraries for using RF. I am using the latest version of Forge for 1.9 currently and want to ensure cross mod compatibility.

(PS: I'm new to Java and modding but I have been coding for several years, just to let you know if it is relevant to the way you convey the information)

writeToNBT returns an NBTTagCompound now.

Edit: Oh, this is an API file. Someone should go submit a PR for that.
