HELP I CAN'T PLAY FTB

When ever I'm trying to play FTB it wont let me look at the modpacks, and when i look in the console it says"Address family not supported by protocol family: connect: java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect "
HELP ME PLEASE IF YOU CAN!

Something is blocking the launcher from accessing the internet. Check your AV and Firewall settings to see if they are blocking it.

Something is blocking the brain from reading the section title. Check your physciatrist and IQ settings to see if they are blocking it.
