Title looks strange

Details of the issue The game has corsses on top of the flowers and the water is all striped . i have tried to change my texture pack did not helpr reinstal did now work. any help please.

i have. the problem is stil there. i have delited the texture pack did not work. and i have reinstaled did not help. i have updated my drivers to
