Help!: FTB Crashes when selecting a patched verison of Sphax BDCraft 64x as the texture pack?

Does is crash without the texture pack?
Are you using the correct version of the texture pack/patch for this MC version?
...for the mod versions in the pack?
What added JVM arguments are you using?
Have you tried the 32 x version? Your log indicates you have a 32 bit system.

Nope, runs vanilla fine. Got the 1.5.2 versions of both pack/patch. There is no 32x version of the patch, and I've run 64x textures before on the same system.. So whats left to do?

There are reasons why Sphax's textures aren't in the launcher, due to that, all support you receive will be labeled as unofficial, since we cannot provide official support for adding stuff.

Optifine and Sphrax FTB don't like each other, if your using Optifine that may be your problem.

I didn't know that - but then again I only know that Optifine is made by SP614x & due to the community nature of Sphax I couldn't even say who the original creator is / was - I just always assumed it was Sphax :p But either way this is the problem I was mentioning:

Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1024:
There is an issue between this mod and Optifine. Please try to avoid using them together. Unfortunately something in Optifine dislikes something in the texturepack.

If OP isn't using Optifine or that Unleashed pack / TP containing over 1024 png's this is a mute point.
