I am totally new to using RF in any mod pack (Agrarian Skies is probably not a good mod pack to start) so I have no idea how to produce power. What is the absolute most powerful way to manufacture tons of RF extremely quickly. Don't worry about resource consumption. I've got plenty of resources. Also preferably not lava based or Nether star reactor thingamajig. I'd rather have something I can totally set-up in the over world. Thanks.

Well if you have a mob spawner set up to kill endermen just fine then a great option is the ender generators. Something like 20mins of 80 RF a tick. Its a nice starting power source.
But since you need an extreme amount of power, best option outside of the netherstar generator is using Big Reactors and Big Turbines. Can easiliy get thousands of RF a tick from a decent set up.

Auw 34k, cute.. Go Big Reactors, make an inefficient one to start(ideally a few little ones) to produce the cyanite then use that to build the turbines with a single large reactor and you'll have more power than you could possibly use without melting a PC
The simplest starting power in AgS is to set up an igneous extruder producing cobble over a few crucibles. These produce lava that is pumped to a magmatic dynamo. Totally do-able, in AgS, in the overworld.

AND a MFR mining laser with 4 pre-chargers. Equip a yellow filter and you will get back more yellorium than is consumed.
