Help automating railcraft unloading

Hey all.

I've been trying to find a good way to run goods trains with railcraft but I can't seem to get a decent way to unload everything from the carts before something triggers and the loco takes off to get more stuff. The only way I can think of holding the loco there is with the loco track and a rednet controller that delays a signal from a loco detector to the loco track for 255ticks (max the rednet controller can do) Any suggestions and could someone please point out the solution that i've missed that i'm sure is blatantly obvious....

If you set the loader up to emit a signal when the chest cart is empty, these tracks will hold the train/cart for you.

The train varients grab onto the whole train until the Unloader is done with the cart in front of it.

Aha! Those are the better ones, I knew there was something better. I agree with MrJeff. You'll still need to set up the unloader to emit a signal when it's empty, but those are the better tracks.
