Help accessing iChun's PiP

I am trying to edit the settings for the PiP, but when I hit O the menu flashes and then switches to the Controls menu.

Is there a mod that is interfering that I can either disable to alter the config to?

The first image flashes for only like 0.3 seconds. (collected from a video)

I think the interference might be coming from Not Enough Keys. Try removing that to see if it works.
