Name's Bane... unrelated to the Batman character... honest.
I've been playing Minecraft (on-and-off) for a few years now. I played tekkit for a while until I got bored and I've now gotten into FTB. Still trying to figure out what I want out of FTB... I've fiddled with Ultimate a bit and accidentally stumbled across GuudeBoulderfist while investigating the interactive sorter. Not sure if maybe I want to give MindCrack a try.
What I mostly want, however, is a good (maybe small?) server with some good, mature people to play with. I did a bit of public server hopping and I'm a little overwhelmed by the large groups, blazing fast chat, and the typical behaviour of teenagers. I'm sorry, don't lynch me, but I'm a 29 year old and prefer interaction that goes beyond "lulz bewbs!1! x3". Don't get me wrong, I can sometimes lapse into juvenile behaviour myself, but it requires the right atmosphere and the right people.
Anyways, I've been playing single player for now and it's alright, but I would very much prefer to find a (small?) group to play with on a good server.
