I am a long time Minecrafter, however I am new to Mods and FTB certainly looks like a great choice for my first real Mod. I can't wait to start using it.

Hello and welcome!, I'm new around here too,

however, you said make a great first 'mod' FTB (the mod pack) is a collection of some of the best mods known to Minecrafters.. Thats more then 1 :)
