Health bar, food bar, that jazz is weird looking

Details of the issue added Optifine 1.12.2 HD C6

I think the problem is because of optifine due to it being a visual glitch, but I'm not sure what setting is causing it, or if it the entire mod itself, as optifine isn't always supported, or the mod itself is buggy. I have a screenshot of what it looks like, so any help to fixing it is helpful, as I can't see how much health or hunger I have.
