Having some issues with my server

Ok the first issue is the fact the day and night cycle are insanely fast is there a way to fix this?

secondly when i and a friend where playing alone we could use the timber mod but now someone else has joined my server and it no longer works for me and it doesnt work for the new guy ether... any way to fix this??

should be standard as i havnt messed with anything cept a command that turns off mob griefing

another issue has spawned itself... 1 of my members is being repeatedly struck by lightinig

No, I mean can you actually check the TPS? Its supposed to be 20 at all times ideally, but it can drop lower and a mod like Tick Threading lets you set it higher.
