I'm playing on FTB Infinity Evolved, latest version. I haven't changed any of the configs in anyway.
When I'm playing I'm noticing that my system is flashing on and off. I have no Idea what's causing it, I have more than enough power, which is buffered so prevent overloads. And all my quantum rings are chunk loaded, (My main AE hub included) so I don't know if it was how I built it so I was wondering if anybody knew anything on how to fix this? (Pictures of main hub attached)

So two things I noticed, but I don't know if this will help. First, connect your tesseract for power directly to the network controllers. There is no need for energy acceptor block once you have network controllers. Second, I couldn't quite tell what type of power transfer you were using at the farm for producing energy. Does it have enough capacity so that it isn't maxing out? Lastly as a troubleshooting step to see if it might be power issues, try to disconnect one or two of the quantum rings. But the flashing on/off like that is almost always power related.

It was steam powered from thermal expansion. Its produces about 45kJ a second. I tried to rewire some things and even gave the rings their own power but its still flickering. It doesn't flicker when I disconnect 2 of the 3 rings though

I think you may be hitting the transfer limits of your power conduits and ducts. Also, double check your power storage buffers to make sure they are not restricting the flow at less than you are trying to use.
