Having Problems Launching

Operating System, bit type: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit

What happens: I launch FTB, i've made sure it has enough ram, but when i run it, it gives me the message as shown over and nothing else happens afterwards.

You appear to have a few things wrong with your setup. First you have multiple versions of Java installed. Though the launcher is preferring 64bit it is preferring an older version of Java. Uninstall all older versions and all 32bit versions. You are also trying to run the launcher and install the mod packs into the AppData folder. It is recommended to use a folder on your desktop. There was a setup guide created that you should follow carefully to do all this.
